If you’re skeptical about facial oil like me, then you might want to continue reading my review about this amazing product. For those that have followed my blog or known me have been made known by me that I’m currently raving about skincare product from Decorté, on how I like their products for the immediate result.

I’ve been using Decorté AQ Infusion Oil since I’ve shifted my skincare regime to Decorté. This is the only AQ range that I’m using and combining it with Phytotune range or Prime Latté and Vita de Rêve
This is my first ever facial oil with texture that is super lightweight, does not feel oily, sticky, or leave an oily film on your skin even though it’s made from botanical oil component-based. Even for L’occitane Immortelle Reset Serum, I felt they’re oilier than Decorté AQ Infusion Oil. You can see from the video that the oil kinda dissolves into the water, so you can imagine how it melts directly onto your skin.

I use this in place of a facial serum, so as of Decorté regime, this is to be used after you’ve prep with first care> emulsion/softener > lotion > Infusion Oil only follow by eyes treatment and moisturizer.

From their AQ series onwards, the ingredients used are said to be seasonal ingredients, with white birch sap from Hokkaido that was only can be harvested once each year, to night-blooming cereus that bloom once a year on a summer’s night. And this oil also contained the highest amount of white mucuna stem extract their whole AQ range.
Let me explain quickly on the key benefits of those signatures components in their AQ range, white birch sap is rich in natural minerals and amino acids that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to heal and restore damaged cell and protect skin from environmental stress and pollution. White mucuna stem extract has the ability to aid in skin regeneration and to restore the skin condition. While night-blooming cereus has a very soothing scent that will make you calm and in a state of relaxation.
This is because Decorté believes and they even had made a study on how skin response to its surroundings and the state of mind, in which relaxed minds are believed to assist the skin responsiveness with the product that you’re applying or using, in turn, increasing the efficacy of the product.
The changes that I’ve noticed after finishing the 1st bottle and I’m on the 2nd bottle now are improved in skin radiance, which you can also see the immediate result upon 1st application especially those having dull skin. Other than that, my skin also felt smooth and velvety soft. I’m not sure if it’s due the reason because I’m also using other Decorté product range.
Thus, that is why it’s not your regular facial oil and I’ve considered it as the ultimate king of facial oil.
